Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prime Logistics Network (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”). By accessing or using our logistics networking platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using the website immediately.

2. Services

Our platform provides a global logistics network for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, traders, customs brokers, transport brokers, warehousing providers, and other logistics professionals. Services include business promotions, insurance offerings, document uploads, event management, mobile app tools, and tiered memberships (Gold, Platinum, Diamond).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You must provide valid business documents for membership, including but not limited to Bill of Lading or Air Waybill, to verify your eligibility.

4. Membership Plans

We offer tiered membership plans:

Gold: Basic membership with limited access to network features.
Platinum: Advanced membership with additional promotional tools.
Diamond: Premium membership with full access to all features and event sponsorships.

Each tier offers different levels of services, and fees are non-refundable after activation.

5. KYC and Document Verification

As part of the registration process, members must submit at least five business transaction documents for verification. The accuracy and completeness of these documents are the responsibility of the member. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership if documents do not meet our standards.

6. Payment Terms

All payments for membership, sponsorships, and other services must be made through our approved payment methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Bank fees related to international wire transfers, SWIFT, or ACH must be covered by the sender.

7. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the platform solely for business purposes related to logistics and supply chain operations.
  • You must not post any illegal, offensive, or defamatory content.
  • You may not collect or distribute other members’ personal or business information without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, designs, graphics, and software, is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the website without our express consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or availability of services. The platform is provided “as is,” without any warranties, either expressed or implied.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to failed business transactions or miscommunication between members.

10. Dispute Resolution

Members agree to resolve disputes amicably. For unresolved disputes, please use our claims process where we will help to mediate and or apply for financial insurance as per your PLN World plan. All decisions made in PLN World arbitration are final and binding.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you violate these terms or engage in any behavior that harms our platform or members.

13. Web Services and Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our website and its services. However, the availability of the platform may be affected by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or disruptions in third-party services (e.g., hosting or payment processing). We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times.
